Lauren started her hairdressing journey at 16 and has grown through every stage of salon life — from assisting on the floor to now proudly leading the team at our Orpington salon. Her experience has shaped not only her skills as a stylist, but also her caring and supportive approach to leadership.
She loves that hairdressing can make such a difference to how someone feels. For Lauren, it’s about helping clients feel confident, comfortable and truly looked after from the moment they walk through the door.
As Salon Manager, Lauren is passionate about creating a friendly, relaxed atmosphere where everyone feels welcome. She works closely with her team to support their development while ensuring every client enjoys the warm, personal service McQueen is known for within the local community.

Hi, I’m Adrienne (Addie), the founder of Brow & Blush Lab. I’m a fully qualified and licensed semi-permanent makeup artist with a deep-rooted passion for enhancing natural beauty through brows and lip blush.
My journey in the beauty industry began back in 2011, and in 2015 I completed a VTCT in semi-permanent makeup. Life took me on a different path for a while — including time as an EA/PA to a cosmetic surgeon, where I saw first-hand how aesthetics can truly uplift confidence. After taking another course that knocked my confidence, I temporarily put my dream on hold.
Since then, I’ve welcomed my two beautiful children, Ronnie and Delilah, and now feels like the perfect time to follow my heart and fully return to what I love. I truly believe semi-permanent makeup is an art that enhances natural features and helps people feel their best — and I’m so excited to share this with you.
You can now find me offering my services from this beautiful space, where I provide bespoke treatments in a relaxed, hygienic, and welcoming environment.
